We've been asked to make more white wines from our family and friends so we came up with Whatever Sauv Blanc!
A light honey colored white. Notes of crisp pear, apple and green pepper on the finish. Produced with grapes from Santa Barbara County. Fermented in Stainless steel.

- Grilled Asparagus
- Margherita pizza
- Sushi
- Seafood such as oysters, clams or mussels
